Sambal belachan 2tbs
Onion 1 no
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Buah Petai 1bowl
Shrimps
Tamarind juice 2tbs
Sugar half teaspoon
Salt a pinch
Methods.
1. Heat up oil in wok.
2.saute Sambal belachan until fragrant.add in onion chopped garlic ,buah Petai and shrimps into it and stir until half cooked.
3.add in tamarind juice. Sugar and salt to taste. Stir until cooked. Serve hot with steamed rice.
